Assessments
We offer a full range of comprehensive assessments from birth to 18 years, covering language, speech, fluency, and literacy. We are also exploring the possibility opening a feeding clinic in the future where we can provide assessment of feeding and swallowing skills.

Reports
We provide brief summary reports following all initial assessments. More detailed reports are available upon request and may be useful to support applications for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), to provide to other health care professionals etc.

1:1 Therapy Session
We’re all about fostering communication by using an evidenced-based, tailored approach to each child and family. We accommodate for children's needs and adopt neurodivergent affirming approaches.
Children learn best through play which is why therapy sessions will always involve fun and games to ensure a child is engaged and to reinforce skill development.
At SeaS.A.L.T. we provide intervention to children across a wide range of areas, including:
- pronunciation (speech/ articulation skills).
- receptive language (how a child understands language)
- expressive language (how a child uses language)
- Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC)
- fluency (stuttering)
- social communications skills
- literacy (spelling, reading, written expression)
- self-advocacy skills
As part of the therapy plan we provide education and support to families and other professionals in the child's life. We can only make so much progress in a speech therapy session, which is why ensuring those closest to the child are equipped with the skills to support a child to grow across all environments is a vital component of therapy.
We check in regularly, tweak things when needed, and celebrate the progress with you. We’re here to make sure each child and their families have the tools, the support, and the confidence to excel every step of the way.
We provide therapy across a variety of settings - in our welcoming and warm Maroubra clinic, in local schools and daycare, in home and via tele-health. Regardless of how or where therapy is provided, we will ensure open communication with parents and caregivers at all times.

Training and more
We recognise the insight and knowledge others have about each child and how to support them, and so place great value on a collaborative approach between the family and all the professionals in a child's life (therapists, educators etc.).
As part of the therapy plan we provide education and support to family and other professionals in the child's life. We can only make so much progress in a speech therapy session, which is why ensuring those closest to the child are equiped with the skills to support a child grow across multiple sessions is a vital component of therapy.
We partake and advocate for our clients in multi-disciplinary meetings, ensuring all involved are aware of our client's strengths, challenges and the best way to support and foster communication
